Forest Floor Tunnelbook - DIY Kit

$20.00
5 available

Make your very own miniature forest. Peek beneath the forest floor to find a hidden world where many creatures dwell and myccorhizal fungi connect plant roots in a symbiotic relationship called the “Wood Wide Web.” Through these networks, plants share resources and can even communicate! I created this tunnelbook to highlight and celebrate these hidden wonders under the forest floor. The finished tunnel book measures approximately 6.5 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide and about 2 inches deep. It would make a lovely addition to your desk or bookshelf, anywhere a little reminder of the magic and wonder of nature is needed.

Please note: This listing is for a DIY kit. You will not receive a fully assembled tunnelbook when you purchase this product. All you need is some white glue and 15-20 minutes to put your kit together. Your kit comes with paper pieces for the sides and layers of the tunnelbook (these have been pre-cut), and an instruction card (see second photo). The instruction card includes a link to a video that will walk you through the assembly.
