Thank you for supporting my work! It’s a one-woman show around here, so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. I will always strive to be timely with fulfilling your orders and responding to inquiries!

  • All major credit cards are accepted. You also have the option to checkout using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link by Stripe.

  • I use USPS as my main shipping carrier. Domestic shipping rates depend on the number of items ordered and the size and weight of the package. Add your address at checkout to see your available shipping options and cost.

    If you live in Seattle, local delivery of your items may be an option on certain purchases. If so, you’ll see a “Local delivery” option at checkout. If you choose this option, I’ll contact you via email to arrange delivery of your order.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order (although most orders typically ship within 1 week). You will receive a shipping notification email once your package is en route. If you chose a tracked shipping method, tracking information will be provided.

  • Seattle, WA

  • Yes, international shipping is now available! Shipping outside the USA is charged as a flat rate of $25 to cover shipping costs to most countries. I will refund any overages in shipping costs if there are any.

    If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned to me, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.

  • All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

    That being said, if your items are damaged in transit to you, please get in touch so I can help make it right.

  • I am open for freelance illustration commissions and projects including works for brands, stationery and books. If you have a project you’d like to work on with me, please get in touch using the form on my contact page or emailing hello@katcancreative.com.

    I am not offering personal commissions at this time, but I have plans to open up select commissions of this kind in the near future.
